In two years this team has shipped: a member association & trust structure (SoilDAO), a production AI agreement platform (TrustWise), a public advocacy campaign engine (FairBetAct), a governance-simulation engine using this same capital taxonomy (Polycentricity), and the personal knowledge infrastructure GaiaDex's deepest layer runs on (MegaMem). GaiaDex itself already shipped once, at EarthOne — and worked.
